Product description:
This steel roller door is designed for storage use in carports, barns, sheds, and self-storage or commercial unit setups. The door comes pre-assembled from the factory, requiring just 15 minutes per door for installation.
It is available in sizes up to 10′ x 10′, fully customizable to meet your specific application needs. The 26-gauge thickness curtains are offered in a variety of color options to choose from.
Heavy Duty 1/4″ thick white felt wear strip to preven door curatin paint damager during door operation,
Felt wear strips attached via hot melt adhesive to door curtain ( not staples or screws)
Square ribbed, zinc galvanzied Steel 26 gauge thickness, white, black, dark grey, silver grey, red, green, blue, yellow, orange or other RAL colors available.
For Paint, super durable polyester paint. Paint shall not fade or change colour for a period of thirty (30) years.
Door Curtain

Door Latch
304 Stainless steel latch
Secured using stainless steel security screws to prevent tampering and removal of latch Allows clearance for disk locks

Alumimum Bottom Bar
Heavy duty Aluminum bottom bar with back reinforcement bar, with EPDM bottom seals
Side Guide Rail
Guide rail is made of 18 gauge 0.05” (1.2mm) thickness guide rail, zinc galvanzied steel Plastic side seals fixed on guide rail
Holes pre-drilled in factory, with hole caps
Torsion spring system
Oil-tempered helical torsion springs are factory lubricated to minimize friction and corrosion while increasing the spring cycle life. The drum is steel, 9.06” (230mm) or 10.24” (260mm) diameter according to door size

Doors Package Available:
The doors are packed into carton or pack on pallets The doors can be packed on pallet or packed inside carton. Pallets packages are relatively easy to container unload.
Each door will be carefully checked before package. PE film is put between door slats, then pack inside cartons.The stickers are sticked on the two end of each carton.
